On February 13th we were to going to Indonesia Consulate with Sr. Delvina. This is the lovely things ever, because when we went there, we felt like at home. We met so many Indonesian there and we went to SID (Sekolah Internasional Davao). After that, we straightly went to SM Ecoland Mall and ate together at Nodis. This is the preview photos os us as Indonesian. The 4th week was the hardest part. I already comfortable there and I have to go back to my home. The hardest part is when you say goodbye to your students and the students just asked "Miss, why you go back?" or they just said "Miss, please stay". I was holding my tears back when they said that. On February, 14th, I gave the last words to my Cooperating Teacher, Sir Loja. He is so nice and welcoming me until the end of my program. I'm quite sad but I have to continued my life. After I'm saying goodbye to him, Mica, Rica, and Ate Lorna fetched us at Bajada and we went to Annex Campus to joined the Education Program Team Building. I do played a game with another education students, not only the 4th year students, but there is also another year students. And we met the 3J again hahaha. The team building is good. After we finished our schedule there, we straightly went to the city tourism in Davao with Ate Lorna and Mylene. We just walked from the Annex Campus to the places. We went to City Hall, Rizal Park, and People's Park. This is the preview photos of us on Valentine Day. After that we straightly went home, and prepared for our performance for the next day. The next day was the Closing Program of us. So in the evening, we practice one of Indonesia's traditional dance, and it's called by Tari Saman (Ratoeh Jaroe). We have our closing program on Annex Campus. So we went there again on February 15th. The closing program was lit. There is some performances from us and from the UIC representatives. I got a chance to spoke in front of the audiences to share my experiences live in Davao City, especially in UIC. I don't realize that I cried when I shared my experiences. I get touched when I'm seeing my speech. I felt sad and happy at the same time. Because one month is not enough to get along with them. After we finished our closing program, we straightly went to some room and we ate some foods together. The best is the foods there were all halal's foods. The cake that is called by "bibignit" was my favorite. It's so deliciooooooooous~ Before we went home, we take a tour with our friends, because there is some party, and we did our face painting. This is the preview photos of us on February 15th. On Friday and Saturday, we were preparing our luggage and also we went to Lola Abon's to bought another Pasalubong. And on Saturday, we have our last time together with Mylene and Ate Lorna first. We went to Gaisano Mall to printing some photos (the photos is a gift for our friends in Davao City). That is the girls day out, I think. After we finished it, Ma'am Pregua were invited us to have our dinner at Burger King. But sadly that Mylene have to went home earlier, and here we comes Jason. Actually Ma'am Pregua treated us burger king. After that we didn't went home, but we went to Keepsakes restaurant to bought Buffalo Wings Chicken. Jason was treated us lol. Anyway, the buffalo wings is really good and tastes very delicious. But it's not really spicy (Indonesian are really good at eating spicy foods #facts). This is the preview photo of us on Friday and Saturday. Sunday, February 18th 2018 It's supposed to be our happy day. But somehow I felt blue. I was ready to go home, but I'm not ready yet to leave Davao City at that day. Our last goodbye is in the airport. And that is the first time I saw Hendri cried. When Ma'am Pregua and Ma'am Solomon hugged us for the last time, I was really tried hard to hold my tears back. The saddest part is when the guard of the airport were not let us to stay in the wrong places and the 3J were not coming yet. So we have to checked in first, and after that we could go out again for a moment. So they arrived at the right time before our boarding time. So we gave our simple gift for them, and we hope that they would never forgot our faces and our journey together. The 3J was the "first man" fetched us at the airport, so they have to be the last man who dropped us at the last time before we go back to our home. Thank you for the sweetest memories together, and I hope our friendship will never be forgotten. Maybe we are separated by the distance now, but not in our heart. We will comeback to Davao City or you guys will visit Indonesia someday. Thank you and I love you, UIC, UIC-ian, and Philippines.
